Can you tell us if there are any organic gardens that accommodate overnight guests? We are a family of 4 with a 7 year old and 5 year old?

Aloha,

I really developed a taste for all kinds of sweet potatoes while living here on Kauai, now sadly returning to the mainland to the frozen north. Any varieties you know of that I might be able to grow near the Canadian border where growing season is 3 months with very long, moderately warm days and often cool nights? I’m willing to fuss over them…
